Now in its 27th year, the gathering returns to the beautiful Vashon Island in the Pacific Northwest. Our event is one of the longest-running residential retreats for players of the Native American style flute, indigenous to the North American continent. The intimate location is a wooded setting directly on the beach of Puget Sound. All classes, concerts, meals and housing are on-site and are included in the retreat tuition. A range of housing accommodations is available either in cabins or the retreat center.
The multi-day retreat features workshops, classes, playing sessions and concerts focusing on the Native flute, lead by some of the finest teachers, performers and recording artists in the US. Enjoy making music in a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere designed to maximize curiosity, learning and creativity.
